HOW DO I ORDER?
1. Choose your style from any one of our in stock
items or go choose Custom Designs to select colors of
materials! If you would
like additional photos of items, contact us!
2. Ensure that you are ordering your item in the currency of your
choice-Choose your Boutique - American or Canadian -this option is
selected on the homepage
of our shop or click the links.
3. Create your new account with us if you're a new customer, or login if
you're a returning customer.Add the item(s) to your shopping bag and place your order.

Options)
4. Once you're satisfied with your your order, checkout and
submit your payment.
5.
Payment is processed SAFELY and SECURLY through your
account.
Print your invoice out for your proof of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: This website does not process credit payments or collect credit card information. Your Paypal account will process payment.
6. You will receive a confirmation memo to your email address provided.
Once your item is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for the parcel. (see
Shipping for more information)
WHAT ABOUT DAMAGED ITEMS?
We strive to ensure your precious jewelry piece is very carefully packaged
with utmost care. Due to the delicate nature of these fine handmade goods, there may
occasional mishaps in the shipping process.
We ask that you open your package immediately upon receipt and inspect all the items.
Please notify us within three business days by email of any damaged goods.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Here at EleganzByCheri, we are completely confident that you'll be very happy with your purchase and the quality of our creations!
However if you are not completely satisfied, we will issue a full refund less the cost of shipping as long as the item(s) are received within 30 days of the purchase date in original condition.
We do not offer returns on Custom made one-of-a kind items, as these items are made to order. We do everything possible to ensure the item you purchase will meet your needs and expectations prior to shipping any completed custom piece.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN PROCEDURE?
If you wish to return any item you have received, please email us immediately with your paypal
invoice number or contact us at

confirmation.
